Working closely with these charities, Bag It Up help raise money and increase donations by recycling textiles, mobiles and ink jet cartridges.

Objective

Bag It Up approached us to design and build a website to create awareness of their recycling services which in turn helps to raise revenue for their charity partnerships which include Yorkshire Air Ambulance, Hampshire & Isle of Wight Air Ambulance, Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance and Wizz-Kidz,

Working closely with these charities, Bag It Up help raise money and increase donations by recycling textiles, mobiles and ink jet cartridges. All donation are sold to second-hand goods traders in the UK and overseas. We are proud that they operating a strict ethical trading policy so only the good traders benefit.

Strategy

As well as the design and build of the site we worked closely with the Bag It Up team to create a tool which would let the end users find local bring banks. We created a postcode search, showing nearest bring banks with Google maps integration. Each bring bank is also branded depending on the charity by area. Increased exposure and a way to find your nearest bring bank means more recycling.
