Working with the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), we were appointed to develop an e solution to create greater brand synergy across the large and diverse group. With 600+ hotels we were tasked with creating a central store for IHG’s many different brands, including Holiday Inn, Holiday Express and Crowne Plaza.
Room Service
Previously, each hotel’s local marketing materials were developed and managed by numerous external agencies. Through developing a bespoke online asset management system, our team of very clever developers created a central portal for IHG’s local marketing toolkits.
This new system enabled individual hotels easy accessibility to their own local marketing brands. Using pre-designed templates they could create their own marketing materials online and in minutes whilst enabling them to add their own personalised messages.
